Dragon Fans,
As we are all watching the weather forecast related to potential snowfall over the next few days, please remember that cancellations will be communicated through our messaging system via text alert and phone call. We will also post cancellation information on our Facebook page and on KQ2. It is always my intent to communicate any cancellations by 5:30 a.m. Please also remember that when the school is closed due to inclement weather that Athena is closed as well. Please always have your back up plans ready to go.
Thanks, Jay

Parents As Teachers is hosting a Holiday Party tonight at 5:30 p.m. in the small gym. We
hope you can join us!

Our talented sixth-grade students wrapped up their area, surface area, and volume unit in the sweetest way possible – by constructing gingerbread houses! Before diving into the world of icing and candy, these young architects first created detailed scale drawings.
From sketching on paper to bringing their edible creations to life, these students applied their newfound knowledge of dimensions and measurements. The result? A village of unique and intricately designed gingerbread houses!
Awesome job sixth grade!
