The Board of Education officially approved the 2025-26 school calendar at the March 5th meeting, and we want to bring a few important changes to your attention. New student, preschool, kindergarten, and senior registration will be held on August 11 from 1 to 6 p.m. Returning student registration will be held on August 12 from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. The first day of school will be August 20 and will be a noon dismissal. Homecoming is scheduled for September 26 and will now be a half-day with a noon dismissal. The homecoming parade will begin at 2:00 p.m. in Agency—more details to come later. Additional half-days added to the calendar were October 17 and December 19. We encourage you to review the full calendar by clicking the link below. Last night, our students and families gathered at Dragons, Marshmallows, and Masterpieces for a fun-filled evening of creativity and storytelling! Students began the night by decorating their writer’s notebooks. They then rotated through engaging writing stations before sharing their work—all while sipping delicious hot chocolate! We know the weather was too beautiful for hot chocolate yesterday, but winter had other plans for our original date, but we knew writing night must go on! Parents also joined in the fun, learning how to encourage writing at home and sharing how writing contributes to their careers. Thank you to everyone who attended and made the night a huge success!
