Welcome to the Mid-Buchanan Team: Chelsea Everly, District Nurse We are thrilled to welcome Chelsea Everly to the Mid-Buchanan family as our new district nurse! As a proud Mid-Buchanan graduate and dedicated community member, Chelsea brings a wealth of experience and passion to her new role. Chelsea has 15 years of nursing experience and is a graduate of Missouri Western. She also completed training alongside a Mid-Buchanan school nurse while attending Missouri Western, gaining valuable insight into the health needs of students. A devoted mother of two and a lifelong supporter of Mid-Buchanan, Chelsea is excited to return to her roots and make a positive impact. In her new role as a district nurse, Chelsea is eager to educate students on the importance of living healthier lives and fostering habits that contribute to their overall well-being. Screening will take place in the old Elementary School Library Please ensure you bring the following documents to the screening: Proof of residence (e.g., utility bill or lease agreement) Birth certificate or other proof of your child's age Immunization records Any legal documentation regarding custody or guardianship (if applicable) We look forward to meeting you and your child at the Preschool Screening.
