Mr. Sawyer's World History students successfully navigated the twists and turns of an escape room based on Julius Ceasar, cracking historical riddles and unlocking secrets to outwit the challenges of ancient Rome. #BeADragon
Mrs. Wilmes' Nutrition Class has been studying different countries and their cuisines. The end of the unit cooking lab was to create a pizza using common foods and spices from each country. The pizzas were served out of a decorated pizza box that represented each country. We would like to thank Jay and Jen Martin from Little Caesars for donating the pizza boxes for this project! #BeADragon

Anyone like chocolate? If so, you are in luck! Starting Friday, November 15, students in the elementary school will have a chance to sell a box of Signature Chocolate Candy Bars! A variety choice of chocolates will sell for $1 each and will include 60 chocolate bars. Turn in the signed permission slip by NOVEMBER 14 for your student to participate.

Let's also recognize the incredible PAT Leader in our district, who works alongside parents to create a nurturing and empowering environment for every child. Mrs. Heather Sandlin has been nothing less than miraculous in building our program back up. In her year within our district, she has provided services to the 4 families we were serving, and bringing educational partnerships to another 30. We cannot express enough gratitude for her dedication to this program and our district.

Join Parents As Teachers at the Fall Play & Learn event at the Mid-Continent Public Library - Dearborn Branch! Join us for a fun-filled day of activities and learning for our littlest learners. From games to crafts, to story time, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Activities are best suited for those age 6 and under. You do not have to be part of PAT to join us. See you there!
Reminder: Parent/Student/Teacher Conferences next Wednesday for all grades from 1:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. and next Thursday (elementary only) from 8:00 a.m. to Noon. We hope to see you there!
