Important Graduation Forms
Graduation is fast approaching. Please complete the following forms for graduation and return them to Dr. Newton by Monday, April 28.
Final Transcript Request Form - colleges will require proof of your graduation in order for you to register for classes. Please complete the form even if you do not plan to attend college next Fall.
Graduation Program Information -
1. Please list any scholarships or financial awards you will receive. These will be listed in the program and read during graduation.
2. List any other academic awards or honors you have received. These will be listed in the program but will not be read. Examples include District/State music contests (include the number of years) certifications received for Foreign language contests, Math Olympiads, Chemistry Contests, Academic Team Awards, State and District FFA Contests, FCCLA Star Events, Skills USA or Science Investigations Awards.

want to invite all students entering kindergarten through ninth grade to join
